Welcome to BZBLDR. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bzbldr.com, the Brokerage Gravity platform, the Gravity Index, the Mission Profile, and any related products, services, content, and software (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

BZBLDR exists to help brokerages build stronger recruiting systems, improve organizational visibility, and create long-term Brokerage Gravity.

The Services are designed to provide educational content, software tools, strategic frameworks, and operational insights. They are not a substitute for professional legal, accounting, financial, or regulatory advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity occurring under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the platform
• Interfere with the security or availability of the Services
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Misrepresent your identity or brokerage
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data without permission

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Services — including Brokerage Gravity, Gravity Index, Mission Profile, BZBLDR, the Operating System, the Playbook, visual designs, graphics, copy, software, frameworks, and methodologies — is owned by BZBLDR or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

The Mission Profile and Gravity Index are strategic assessment tools intended to provide insight, education, and discussion points.

Results should not be interpreted as guarantees, certifications, valuations, or predictions of business performance. Every brokerage is different, and results should always be considered alongside professional judgment.

Briefings generated by BZBLDR are intended to stimulate strategic thinking. They may include observations, patterns, recommendations, and commentary based on the information provided.

They should not be interpreted as legal, financial, accounting, employment, or regulatory advice.

We strive to keep the Services available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature or portion of the Services at any time without prior notice.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BZBLDR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

While our goal is to help brokerages improve recruiting performance and operational effectiveness, we do not guarantee:

• Recruiting outcomes
• Revenue growth
• Agent attraction or retention improvements
• Business performance
• Specific financial results

Success depends on many factors beyond our control, including execution, leadership, market conditions, and organizational commitment.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BZBLDR, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated or if continued access presents a risk to the platform or other users.

We may update these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, unless otherwise required by law.
